Celebrating our daily, weekly and monthly performance award winners.
Human Resources strategies and systems are more important in the marketplace today than ever before. As companies know all too well, creating a stable and satisfied workforce is not easy, and even more so in today’s economy.
As a company, we do everything in our power to keep our people happy and satisfied throughout their careers with us, which in turn leads to happy clients - that really is the key to our business.
As reflected in our Mission Statement, at Paladin we have developed extensive employee recognition and rewards programs that incentivize and motivate our people to provide superior client service.
Just some of these programs include:
Monthly Performance Awards
Paladin uses a monthly bonus program to recognize and reward behaviours that our company and clients find desirable. Managers and supervisors in each branch nationwide meet monthly to discuss and select our “Paladin Superstars” in each city. These award winners - totalling as many as fifty individuals each month - earn cash bonuses of between $150 - $500 each, a certificate and recognition in our monthly provincial newsletters, The Paladin Pipeline, to further promote “above-and-beyond” service.
Examples include Paladin Security Officers who have saved lives, provided above par customer service, or client commendations received for a job well done.
Every year at our annual Christmas parties across the country, these superstars for the year have their names put into a draw, where the lucky winners receive everything from iPads to a trip for two.
Daily & Weekly Performance Awards
On a daily basis and as part of our integrated Supervisory & Support Structure, Field Managers further issue awards to exceptional employees, while every week our Client Service Managers issue Choice Awards to those individuals within their portfolios who have clearly gone above the call of duty. These awards again allow us to say “Thanks” to our people, as a sign of gratitude for all their hard work.
We have also created a “Peer Recognition Form” on our online Employee Resource Centre so that staff can nominate a colleague who they feel does a great job day-in and day-out; which sometimes means even more as it comes from their peers themselves.
