Kristen Laing Breemersch
My first shift was at Ag Days in the Keystone Centre, which was so much fun!
Within a few months, I worked my way up from casual to part-time and, by summer 2012, I was made full-time while supervising some events too. In August 2012, I had the opportunity to move into my current role as Brandon’s Employee Care Coordinator, where I am responsible for developing and administering reward and incentive programs, our extensive employee benefits plan, uniforms, licenses, organizing company parties and staff events, as well as resolving general employee problems or life challenges that our staff may face, if and when they occur.
Since joining Paladin, I've been given countless opportunities to learn from the best in the country, including representing my branch at Paladin's hugely successful Human Resources Summit. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Paladin for allowing me to work in such a phenomenal company that leads the security industry in every way. I am truly blessed to do a job that I love, where I can learn and teach something new every day.
