Paladin Security Client Service Manager

I started my career with Paladin in 2010 as a Security Officer in the downtown core. With no prior industry knowledge, I had to rely heavily on my peers, mentors and extensive security training that helped develop me as a leader.

I progressed through the ranks and was promoted to a Field Manager in 2012. In this role, I played an integral part of Paladin’s after-hours operations, working closely with our field staff and various departments throughout the company, including Paladin's 24/7 Operations Centre. To be able to interact with all of our Officers to ensure Paladin’s high standards were met was truly a rewarding experience.

In 2013, I was again promoted, this time to Site Security Manager where I had the honour of working with a passionate team, full of integrity and commitment to the program, and this year I became a Client Service Manager working with a close network of security industry professionals.

It seems like the last few years have flown by as I continue to progress and further develop my career with Paladin. The one constant that remains the same, however, is the sense of excitement I still get about coming to work and what the future holds.
