Paladin Security is committed to the ongoing training, education and credentialing of our staff. We have created a safety and security based course curriculum that is unmatched anywhere else in the security industry as we believe that education is the basis of a highly skilled security team, and we encourage all of our staff to participate in all training courses that we offer free of charge.
As a company that practices what it preaches, to encourage advancement as part of our belief in promotion from within all Paladin management are offered company-paid business degrees or diplomas, in addition to company-paid Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designations through ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security, renamed ASIS International in 2002), or Certified Healthcare Protection Administrators (CHPA) designations through the International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety (IAHSS). All Client Service Managers also complete extensive Emergency Management security training.
Vladimir commented; "I am so grateful to Paladin for the generous support they have given me towards my education in the security field. Last year, I earned the CPP designation and, this year, I went the extra step to complete the CHPA designation, which took a lot of commitment, but I would not have been able to succeed without their support."
"These certifications are not easy to achieve," he continued, "but they are universally recognized as confirmation of a professional’s experience, knowledge, membership in a professional association, and commitment to a high degree of ethics, professionalism and dedication to ongoing learning and development."
"One of the ways that Paladin supported me was to provide me with all of the study materials needed to prepare for the exams, so I decided to put together a study package to share with other CHPA candidate across the country to help them face the challenge head-on," he added. "Needless to say, I, along with my CHPA colleagues, will make myself available as a guide and a mentor to any of our staff who choose to pursue continuing education and certification exam preparation, to share our experiences with them and be a sounding board to help them achieve their goals."
