Steve has done an outstanding job over the last several years managing some of Calgary’s largest and most high-profile security portfolios. During his tenure as Senior Client Service Manager, Steve was instrumental in managing numerous large scale roll-outs such as the City of Calgary, Bow Valley College and, most recently, Enmax - all of whom have performed exceptionally well during the recent floods in Alberta, thanks to their extensive emergency preparedness plans, and who are now in recovery mode.
Tyson Black, Director of Operations in Calgary & Southern Alberta, congratulated Steve, saying; "Steve is one of a kind and has been a phenomenal support to our staff and clients over the years. His management style is both performance and policy & procedure driven; resulting in best in class retention and top notch client service. I look forward to the positive changes his promotion brings to our Calgary and Southern Alberta operations as we evolve in our respective markets."
Steve commented; "I'm very excited to take the next step in my Paladin career, and I'm ready for this new challenge; particularly given recent trying times. I'm tangible proof of Paladin's corporate policy of investing in its staff and our belief in promoting from within. Coupled with our strong record of growth, it has provided countless opportunities for all our members to grow within our company, as our needs grow. The weeks and months to come will be challenging for many of our staff and clients in Calgary, so I would like to take this opportunity to pass on the message that we will be there every step of the way; night or day."
