What unique traits do you feel women bring to security?
Women tend to be more empathetic when it comes to diverse situations. I've noticed that I solicit a different response compared to my male counterparts, I strongly believe it's because we have a reassuring presence that makes the situation easier to deal with. We see to it that the client is also comfortable while maintaining and ensuring everyone's security.
What interests you most about your job?
I like that there's something new to do everyday. I'm not constantly working at a desk and computer, as I get to patrol and interact with other personalities and situations.
