Paladin Security Edmonton was amongst the 375 guests who recognized their peers at BOMA Edmonton’s 2016 Awards Gala.
The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of the Edmonton area celebrated building and management excellence at its 31st annual awards dinner in early March, where a record number of nominations were made! Winners were announced in nine categories; Paladin Security was honoured with two awards throughout the evening!
The Paladin family was recognized with Re-certification of Customer Service Excellence. Paladin's Contract Manager, Mark Bakos, was acknowledged with the Pinnacle Award for Above and Beyond the Call of Duty. The award was given in support with Oxford Properties, where Mark assisted a guest in an extreme incident.
Greg Swecera, Paladin Security’s Vice President of Northern Alberta, commented on the evening, saying, “I want to congratulate the Edmonton team for their continued hard work and dedication. Your talent and commitment speaks true to the excellence of the Paladin difference! Congratulations to Mark Bakos for his outstanding leadership and stellar performance day in and day out. Our clients cannot say enough about the great work that Mark and our teams are doing.”
Katherine Bell, Director of Operations at Paladin’s Edmonton branch also shared, “We are so grateful for the recognition that BOMA Edmonton has given our team. Paladin continues to lead its industry and we are passionate about changing the perception of security in the communities we serve. Our talented teams work so hard and it was great to see them being recognized!”
Paladin was one of the sponsors of the gala and was mentioned several times throughout the evening from clients and other local businesses, acknowledging the key presence that continues in downtown Edmonton.
