VICTORIA, BC- April 27, 2016 - Paladin Security is pleased to announce the finalization of the acquisition of Security Group's security business. The agreement took effect on April 1, 2016 and is now the second acquisition Paladin has completed in Victoria within the past four months after merging with the Action BMS Group of Companies in December 2015. In the first month since acquiring Security Group, Paladin’s commitment to its clients and the Greater Victoria marketplace has expanded and diversified rapidly, an exciting venture for the local company.
