Kamloops’ Local Security and Guard Services Provider
Paladin looks beyond résumés and titles, focusing instead on the potential in people. From the moment I joined the organization, I was given opportunities to grow, lead, and take on meaningful responsibility. Through management experience across healthcare, post-secondary, retail, and mobile operations, Paladin has allowed me to continually develop my skills, lead high-performing teams, and contribute to building strong, professional security programs. These experiences have shaped not only my career, but the leader I am today.

The Thompson-Nicola Regional District is a regional district near Kamloops, BC covering over 45,000 square kilometres.
Paladin’s prompt response during the 2017 unprecedented summer wildfires has helped our region meet the needs of over 11,000 wildfire evacuees from both within and outside of the TNRD. The assistance has made a great positive difference, and was an example of compassion, generosity and community support in times of need.
