“I am currently in going into my tenth year with Paladin Security. I was originally recruited when Paladin made its move into the Prince George market with health care. Almost ten years later and we are thriving and stronger than ever. From our roots in health care, we have branched into every major security vertical, including mining, forestry, retail, post secondary, government and infrastructure, aviation, events, hospitality and office and commercial. We also developed a robust mobile program to support our operations. While being based out of BC's Northern Capital, we have expanded our reach into many towns in Northern BC, including Fort St. John, Dawson Creek, Fort Nelson, Terrace, Rupert, Kitimat, Smithers, Fort St James, Vanderhoof and Quesnel to name a few. "I started my Paladin career as a Client Service Manager and over my tenure moved up to Operations Manager and then my current role of Branch Manager. This is a small sample size of the amazing promotion within culture that Paladin promotes. I can honestly say that the sky is the limit when you hire on as a security officer and if you are willing to work hard and prove you are a strong Paladinian, you can rise through the ranks with ease. Being a local Prince George product, I have always brought the local understanding of our community and the relationships it takes to be successful. Though Paladin is a large North American company, we still try to run our individual branches like home town businesses. We care about the safety of our community and the people that live here.
