Paladin Security proudly salutes the hard work of our Security Team at Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences for receiving the Safety Award from the organization during their Annual Rewards and Recognition Ceremony.
Employing almost 1,200 staff, Ontario Shores’ success is founded in its people. The hospital’s innovative approach to mental health care is built on compassion, empowerment, and hope. In doing so, excellent patient care is delivered while maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment. The hospital’s approach has extended further to its external contracts as well, honouring the Paladin team at their internal rewards ceremony.
Paladin Security has been providing services at the hospital for more than 10 years. The security program has expanded greatly over the years as strong relationships developed and needs evolved. Officers are now included in the response team and acknowledged for their dedication to the site!
Peter Albis, Client Service Manager, Paladin Security commented on the award, saying; “Our department is relied on more and more every day to ensure the safety and security of Ontario Shores staff, students, patients, and the surrounding community. Receiving this award is a result of the collective hard work, attention to detail, and professionalism displayed by our team – you should all be very proud!”

The security team has built a strong rapport with patients and supports the hospital staff across all programs to provide care and support for individuals and their loved ones. This Safety Award reinforces the trust that has been built on site and the bond the team has made with the Ontario Shores community that will continue for years to come!
