Rob brings more than three decades of finance and business leadership experience with dynamic, high-growth organizations. He began his career at KPMG, working in both Australia and Vancouver, before leading the finance team at Expedia Cruises for 20 years. During his tenure, he helped expand their franchise network tenfold, resulting in over $1B in sales, 270 locations, and 5,000 agents across Canada and the U.S. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Innovative Fitness, where he guided an established franchisor toward sustainable growth.
In addition to his success in scaling organizations, Rob is recognized for his people-focused leadership style. He listens attentively, mentors generously, and believes that strong systems and empowered teams are what allow a business to perform at its best. He has been a driving force in building winning, high-performing corporate cultures; the kind that aligns naturally with Paladin's own CARE culture.
