How long have you been with Paladin Security? What do you enjoy most about your job?
5+ years, all within the Operations Centre. I most enjoy the variety in my position as a Healthcare Operator, as no two days are alike.

What does Remembrance Day symbolize to you?
Remembrance Day allows me to reflect on the history of the Canadian Forces and the past and current sacrifices of its members, and for those members who I have known but are no longer with us.

What is the organization you are involved in outside of Paladin? What is your role there and how long have you been with the organization?
I joined the Canadian Forces in September of 2004, and where I am still currently active with the Royal Canadian Engineers as a section commander.

What skills and/or values have you developed while in service that help you to be successful in your role today?
Leadership, self-reliance, brevity, honour, duty, radio use and protocol.

If you could give advice to someone following in your footsteps today, what would it be?
Don’t be afraid to take measured risks, as that opportunity may turn out to be a wonderful occurrence.
