Mark Forward is the current Vice President of Operations at Paladin Security, overlooking the Concord Security book of business, one of Paladin's most recent acquisitions. Besides Concord Security, Mark is also involved in Paladin's Business Development for British Columbia as well as the fast-growing Concord Parking division.
Mark brings with him over 25 years of experience in the security industry. Having started as a security officer back in 1992 with Concord, his leadership brings forth a truly holistic perspective to his present role. With a keen first-hand appreciation of differing perspectives, from front-line personnel through administration to senior management, Mark's leadership balances the interests of staff while delivering an exceptional track record of growth and client satisfaction:

Rolling the Concord operations with Paladin Security Group has been a great challenge— to meld our different structures and processes into one new model. It is still a work in progress, and made easier by our team being welcomed so well by the existing Paladin team. It's great coming into work to help put my mark on our new combined operations as the leading private security provider in Canada.
Mark possesses a Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) degree from Simon Fraser University and is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). In 2009, Mark was named in Business in Vancouver's Top 40 Under 40 list of local business people. He has been an active member of the community with a wide range of volunteer experience with several organizations. Mark currently serves on the BC Shopping Centre Association (BCSA) Board and has had past experience with the CGA BC, Canuck Place, Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver to name a few.
