The Building Owners & Managers Association Awards program recognizes excellence in buildings, their management teams and individuals and companies that have contributed to the betterment of the industry and BOMA. The BOMA Certificate of Excellence is backed by a rigorous certification program that involves a written submission and interview. Applicants are scored on a wide range of business practices, including: Service Standards, Procedural Mechanics, Customer Service Audits, Customer & Employee Feedback Mechanism, Reward & Recognition Programs and Exceeding Expectation.
