This nationally recognized award follows on from Paladin winning the regional BOMA BC, award in the same category in May - both awards that acknowledge innovation, teamwork, outstanding customer service and commitment to clients in the commercial real estate industry. In July, Paladin Security’s Edmonton Branch was also awarded a BOMA Award for Customer Service Excellence, in addition to winning a Consumer Choice Award for a sixth consecutive year.
The Building Owners & Managers Association Awards program recognizes excellence in buildings, their management teams and individuals and companies that have contributed to the betterment of the industry and BOMA. This year’s BOMEX® 2013 conference took place in Halifax from October 1 - October 3, with the theme of Building Excellence: Solutions & Strategies. The conference provides a platform to learn and share ideas to encourage innovation and build excellence within the commercial real estate industry.
Paladin Security Director of Operations in BC Chad Kalyk commented on the win; “Being recognized as BOMA’s national award winner in such a prestigious category is truly an honour and is a reflection of not only the quality of our extensive supervisory and support structure, but also of our company’s dedication to customer service, which is a core value so vital to our ongoing success as a Best Managed Company in Canada.”
Halifax Branch Manager Leanna Brown, who accepted the award on Paladin’s behalf, added; “Winning this national award is a first for Paladin and we couldn’t be any more proud of our amazing team who’ve worked so hard to make this a possibility. BOMA Halifax did a great job at the awards gala and it was an honour to accept the award on behalf of our company. The credit truly does go out to all the Paladin Security Officers who are such exceptional customer service representatives for both our company and our clients. We’re looking forward to another exciting year ahead!”
