Paladin Security was out in force at the International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety Alberta Chapter's Annual Conference in Red Deer, with speakers including our valued BC healthcare client Jeff Young, from Lower Mainland Integrated Protection Services (IPS), who was recently recognized by Security Magazine as one of the top 500 security leaders for 2013.
IAHSS is comprised of security, law enforcement and safety individuals dedicated to the protection of healthcare facilities worldwide, and is the only organization solely dedicated to professionals involved in managing and directing security and safety programs in healthcare institutions. Through our extensive healthcare security team, Paladin is actively engaged in IAHSS events nationwide, as well as policy and guideline development, as industry leaders providing service at over 200 healthcare facilities across the country.
Alberta Director of Healthcare Security Vladimir Batinic, CPP, CHPA, commented at the event; "We are proud to be a part of yet another very successful conference, with extremely engaging speakers and highly informative presentations. As a Gold Sponsor, we had a very strong presence thanks to our popular Paladin Security Systems exhibit booth and new Certified Healthcare Protection Administrators team members recognized by the Chapter Chair. Special thanks to our colleagues from BC who took precious time out of their busy schedules to support us and to engage in truly meaningful dialogue that will shape the healthcare field in the future."
