Recently, our Winnipeg branch held its annual celebration for its Officers, where we gathered to recognize and thank our staff for another great year in 2018. The evening consisted of delicious food and included several fun games, as well as a raffle draw which raised $460 for the Winnipeg Harvest (a local food bank)!
We are very proud of the entire Winnipeg team and would like to recognize the following staff members for all that they do!

We are proud to announce this year’s recipient is Stephen Cantor! Stephen has worked with Paladin since 2013 and is a member of our Health and Safety committee. This award is for the steady, hardworking, reliable, stable and loyal individual. Congratulations to our Supervisor, Dennis Blanchette on being this year’s recipient! Dennis has been with us since 2015 and is actively involved in every aspect of this site. He is very well liked by the client and has a wonderful attitude about everything he does. We are so fortunate to have Dennis on our team!
Branch Manager Commendation:
Congratulations to Jay Panas! Jay has been with Paladin since 2010 and has moved up in the organization from Site Officer to Mobile Officer to Field Supervisor and now to his current role, as Field Manager. Jay has shown a true dedication to Paladin and is always committed to improving Officer experiences at the sites. Thanks, Jay, for all you do!
Directors Award
Congratulations, Mohammad Ali! Mohammad is a site manager at a high-profile downtown site. He has been with us since 2010 and is very well respected and liked by the client, his team and everyone in the office. Mohammad shows true leadership every day in managing his team. He works very closely with our client and makes himself available whenever his site or client needs him. We were pleased to present this award to Mohammad!
