Paladin Security is pleased to add to this year’s list of prestigious corporate awards with the awarding of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Culture Award 2013.
Canada’s 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures™ is founded and presented by Waterstone Human Capital, one of Canada's fastest-growing executive search firms for best practices in culture and fit. This national program, now in its ninth year, annually recognizes best-in-class Canadian organizations for having a culture that has helped them enhance performance and sustain a competitive advantage.
The annual Canadian Corporate Culture Study takes into consideration hundreds of program submissions nationwide and nominee interviews, in addition to local “Culture Summits” held in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto in October of this year. The national awards gala will take place in February 2014.
“This year’s winners are truly an outstanding group,” stated Marty Parker, CEO of Waterstone and Chair of Canada’s 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures. “Paladin Security, along with its co-winners on the 2013 list of trailblazers, is at the forefront of best practices in culture in Canada. Our heartfelt congratulations to the entire Paladin team.”
Steve Cara, Paladin Security Operations Manager in Calgary & Southern Alberta, said of the win: “Our company’s belief in creating a dedicated and professional environment, while promoting employee care, allows us to leverage our staff’s potential while delivering superior client service. Without their extraordinary efforts, this would not have been possible. For instance, Paladin Security in Calgary banded together on behalf of our clients during the devastating summer floods this year, and our commitment to professionalism and to each other won the day. This recognition on a national level is the icing on the cake for a lot of hard work and dedication at all levels of our organization.”
“I am so honoured to be a member of a company that has been recognized as having one of Canada’s most admired corporate cultures,” commented Tyson Black, Director of Operations in Southern Alberta. “ This recognition confirms the core values of our organization, reaffirms our corporate philosophies, and highlights our continued commitment to our most valuable asset - our people!”
Glenn Dahiroc, Operations Manager in Toronto, added; “This award is so important to us because, first and foremost, we ensure that every employee who joins our fold is a perfect fit for our clientele right out of the gate, starting with our stringent selection process and reinforced throughout the rest of their career with Paladin. From our extensive supervisory and support structure to our Security Officers in the field, what we all know and love as the “Paladin Difference” sets us apart from our competitors. This is a proud moment for all of us to have our name featured alongside Canada’s leading companies.”
President & CEO Ashley Cooper concluded; “The award acknowledges what we at Paladin have known internally for a long time. We have the best team in the business with the most promising staff, thanks largely to the incredible work environment that exists within each of our 19 branch offices nationwide. Huge congrats to each and every member of the Paladin family, who act as ambassadors of our corporate culture each and every day. This is as much an award for you personally as it is to Paladin.”
