Paladin Security is pleased to announce that it is expanding operations in the Okanagan with the acquisition of the security business assets of All-Rite. After launching operations in the BC Interior in the autumn of 2013, this is Paladin’s second acquisition in the region in the past eight months. The deal takes effect at midnight on July 31, 2015.
We feel honoured that Michael and Barbara Parenteau felt that Paladin Security was the best organization to continue to provide quality service to their clients. They both have worked tirelessly over the past twenty years in building a leading Okanagan security company and Paladin is committed to fostering that legacy,” explained Ted Reid, Paladin’s CFO.
Chad Kalyk, VP of BC Operations, added:
The All-Rite addition is another key step in for us in consolidating the quality-conscious segment of the BC security market. Once we entered the growing market of Kelowna, we have never wavered from our goal of continually developing our capability for this key BC region. This really comes down to better support for our people and our clients.
