The Olymel pork processing plant represents a huge win for Paladin Security in Red Deer. Olymel is Red Deer’s  largest private employer with over 1,400 employees and the 100,000 square foot plant is the largest of its kind in Canada, open 365 days a year.

Client Service Manager, Mike Cooper commented on the win;

We are proud to have successfully transitioned the contract and welcomed several staff from the incumbent company into our team. Adjacent to the busy Red Deer City yards, the Olymel plant's team of 15+ Security Officers will assist with access, traffic and safety controls, as well as shipping tracking.

Greg Swecera, Vice President, Northern & Central Alberta, added; "We are very pleased to provide security services to the Olymel Plant in Red Deer, with an exceptional team of Security Officers well prepared for this important opportunity. I look forward to a partnership with Olymel for many years to come.”
