We are happy to be the newest addition to the Westerner Park family and its 125-year heritage in the Red Deer community.
Since 1891, Westerner Park has been a community hub for Central Albertans to gather and celebrate various community events. From its roots in agriculture to its present status as one of Western Canada’s finest multi-use facilities, Westerner Park is deeply embedded in the region’s culture. As a community minded non-profit organization, Westerner Park is devoted to creating sustainable environments and sustainable business models to ensure its longevity within the Red Deer Community.
Each year, more than 1.5 million visitors come through its gates to celebrate more than 1,500 unique events. Central Albertans look to Westerner Park to host their weddings, banquets, hockey games and agricultural shows. Westerner Park is the first choice as the Red Deer community join to share in their most memorable moments.
