This new year marks a season of growth for Paladin Security and we would like to take this opportunity to welcome Patrick Mann as our new Executive Vice President (EVP), Corporate Services.
With over 30 years of experience in the technology and manufacturing sectors, Patrick comes to Paladin Security as a successful business leader. Prior to joining Paladin, Patrick was the Chief Operating Officer at a well-established furniture design and manufacturing company. In this role, he led the company through the conversion process to a new ERP software platform, while also implementing organized systems to improve the engagement and empowerment of employees.
Patrick has countless years of experience installing new lean processes to improve both efficiencies and accountabilities of companies. He has spent many years in technology companies where he optimized supply chain management, implemented CRM systems, and oversaw technological process advancements. Patrick also designed the worlds first wi-fi control heating floor thermostat, a user-friendly tool that is widely used to this day. His experience translates very well to Paladin’s plan for continuous growth while enhancing the quality of our services.
As a newly created position, a major part of Patrick’s role will be strengthening the alignment between the corporate services and the local operations of Paladin’s companies. The diverse skills and previous experience that Patrick has will allow him to work closely with teams across North America. Additionally, Patrick’s results-oriented approach will help create efficient processes and support mechanisms for Paladin.
Patrick’s strength lies in his ability to ask questions, listen, and then work with teams in a collaborative manner, in order to facilitate solutions that provide measurable improvements. He has lead companies through new systems and processes, all while managing fast-paced growth. Patrick has also spent a majority of his career in a strong corporate culture and Best Managed Company. As a result, his style and approach is very consistent with Paladin’s unique corporate culture.
On announcing Patrick’s addition to the Paladin family, Ashley Cooper, Paladin’s CEO stated, “I am really excited to have Patrick join our team. I am confident that he will add tremendous value to Paladin by implementing technological improvements and lean processes which will help make us all more efficient.”
Patrick added, “I was drawn towards Paladin because the company is a massive success story. Not only is Paladin continuing to grow rapidly, but it also has an amazing corporate culture. I am looking forward to breaking down the processes in order to make things more efficient and user-friendly. I believe it is important to address concerns at the operation level to ensure we are making things better for both our customers and our team members.”
Patrick will be working closely with our People and Culture, NQSS, Marketing, and IT teams. We look forward to having Patrick a part of our Paladin Family!
