In collaboration with Statista, a market research company, Forbes selects Canada’s Best Employers based on independent surveys. These surveys are from more than 8,000 Canadian employees who work for companies that employ at least 500 people. Each employee rates their willingness to recommend their employer to friends and family. They also rate their opinions on salary, potential for development, and working conditions. The 300 companies who receive the Canada’s Best Employers award, are those with the highest total scores from the surveys.
