Hi there, I really enjoyed reading Norm BETTENCOURTs profile here on the website. I am an Alberta Justice Accredited Traffic Stop Tactics Instructor, with an application in to Paladin for the Training Coordinator position in Calgary.
I would love to pick Norms mind with self-defence concepts around vehicles and perhaps create a program to manage that together if I am successful in achieving the Training Coordinator role. This could be very beneficial for Paladin staff especially in parking enforcement applications and communicating with vehicle occupants.
Great profile story!

Good day, I am currently employed with Paladin in Brandon MB. I have many years in training when serving with the military (30yrs). I have developed a defensive tactics course and was wondering how I can certify it. Any help would be great thanks. My experience is 30 yrs military service (artillery), prison guard and ERT member (5yrs), 34yrs as a security guard, and many years in the combative fighting fields.
