Why Lomanpreet Chose Paladin Security
Most Admired Corporate Culture
What impresses me the most is how Paladin values not only their clients, but their people too. Investing in their own employees says a lot about the company itself. One of the reasons I have stayed with Paladin for so long, is because I am shown appreciation for doing the right thing and I am recognized for doing a good job. This recognition acts as a fuel for me to continue progressing and growing within my position. The environment here is also friendly and compassionate, and my team is unbelievably cooperative!

Promotion from Within
Promotion from Within proves Paladin believes in their people. My manager has displayed their belief in me by providing supervisory training after I showed interest in growing within the company. They also promoted me to an experienced security officer, so I now have two Paladin stars on my shoulder! I feel lucky to have these privileges. However, these opportunities are available for anyone who displays a commitment to their role and an interest in growing within Paladin.

Paladin Family
Paladin is like an extended family to me. They care about every individual who is connected to the company, whether they are an employee or a client. Families want the best for each other, and this is exactly how I view Paladin. My managers have provided me with specific training because I was lacking a few elements. What’s amazing about this is that the Paladin Family is not afraid of coming forward, in order to help take their employees forward too.

I encourage anyone who is interested in the security industry to apply to Paladin. Being an LPO allows me to learn something new every day, such as customer service, professionalism, or critical reasoning skills. Paladin is an employer who takes your goals seriously.
